A thorough inspection throughout the building for potential problem areas
An internal perimeter edge spray with a premium low odour water based chemical
Crack and crevice treatment throughout the inside of the house using premium gel baits and commercial grade aerosols in targeted areas where pests hide
A thorough dusting treatment to accessible roof cavities and through weepholes (if present) into the wall cavities to flush out pests from hard to reach areas
An external wall treatment from up under the eves, to the base of the walls around the whole house
Treatment to those often forgotten areas e.g outside bins, letterbox, kids play equipment (Where safe to do so), garden sheds, path and garden edges near the house and anywhere else is needed to make sure you get the most thorough treatment possible.

Many people don’t realise that an annual termite inspection is essential for every house in South East Queensland. Many people think that because they have a house with a steel or treated frame or built mainly out of bricks or concrete, they don’t have to worry about termites. Nothing is further from the truth. Many of the most expensive parts of our house are built from termite susceptible materials such as kitchens, bathroom cabinetry, the trims around doors and windows and even the insulation on your electrical wiring. Almost all of which are food for termites.

With this package you get all the value of the Residential Pest Package, plus a comprehensive termite inspection carried out by our owner/technician termite expert Rob Short – who has over 24 years of experience in all aspects of termite work. We take the time necessary to complete a thorough inspection and comprehensive report to give you peace of mind and great value for money.

Thorough inspection to all accessible internal areas of the building including accessible parts of the roof void & subfloor
Inspection to external areas of the building including patios, decks and verandahs
Inspection to the surrounding areas of the property up to 50 meters from the main building
Sound testing of trim timbers with a donga or tapper to locate termite or moisture damaged timbers
Moisture checks to wall cavities with a Tramex moisture meter to check for leaks or moisture ingress
Walls scanned with a FLIR ONE Edge Pro Thermal Camera to look for thermal anomalies that may indicate the presence of termite activity hiding in wall cavities
A comprehensive written report with photos that clearly outlines our findings and offers recommendations on how to best protect your property from termite attack

This package is for those who want to leave nothing to chance.

Not only do you get the full Residential Pest Treatment, the extremely thorough Termite Inspection with written report, but we also take care of those invasive little creatures that you often hear scurrying through your ceiling and walls or have left little deposits for you in the pantry, garage or on the patio table.

With the addition of our rodent treatment, we also include a return visit in 4-6 weeks to check the tamper resistant lockable rodent stations we have installed and top up any bait that has been consumed by the rats and mice.

Your investment for all of these services including the return visit is only $765 inc GST for an average size 3-4 bedroom house!
